Do you ship internationally?

We ship within New Zealand and to Australia. We are currently looking into providing the rest of the world with these cruelty free brands.

How do I know what products are vegan, organic and/or cruelty free?

All of our products are 100% Cruelty Free. In the brand description on our website it will specify if that brand and their products are natural, organic or vegan. Some products may contain Beeswax which will be in the ingredients list on the product page. If you are concerned, please take your time reading through the full ingredient lists provided with each product or contact us We do have a vegan link to help you out too.

What does 100% Cruelty Free mean?

Not one of the products we sell are tested on animals during the manufacturing process or on the final product. Nor do their parent companies if they have one. You can be assured that all products and brands that we stock are 100% Cruelty Free. We like to dig deep when researching all of our brands.

How can we trust that your products are 100% Cruelty Free?

We have done the research. Our suppliers have verified that they are cruelty free and take a staunch stance on the issue. Their products are independently tested on humans or in labs on human cells. Some of our suppliers are Choose Cruelty Free accredited, Peta approved, vegan certified and/or certified organic. Have a read through brand descriptions and that will give you a good idea on what each brand and company is about. Unfortunately, brands can change their cruelty free stance without notice, so our research is ongoing. We keep up to date with changes to our companies policies and will keep you informed if anything changes.

Certified Organic Products

Our certified organic products will all be easily identified in their product descriptions.

What about Carmine?

The use of Carmine is considered Cruelty Free in the cosmetics industry, as the products are not tested on animals. Carmine use falls under the Vegan category. However, we do not stock products which contain Carmine. We do not support the use of Carmine due to the process by which the colour is extracted.

What is Carmine?

Carmine is a red dye derived from boiling and crushing cochineal insects. We disagree with this practice.

Why do we only stock some products from each brand?

See above question regarding the use of Carmine. We have tried and tested all of the products that we stock and we only stock the best of the best. We are always extending our product and brand range. So if there is something specific you are after, just let us know!

Are the products and brands you stock authentic?

Of course! We source all of our genuine products either from the companies themselves or their certified distributor in New Zealand or internationally.

Do you send samples?

At this stage we do not send samples unless we are provided with some. Colour swatches in the product description provide you with guidance. If you would like any recommendations just flick us an email – we are happy to help! Some of our brands offer sample sizes, which you can purchase.
