SweetPea & Fay Liquid Lipstick Review & Giveaway

With the launch of SweetPea & Fay liquid lipsticks, we thought we would swatch the colours we stock and give you a glimpse of what they look like on us and our different skin tones, Sam had applied Eco Tan, and I am my natural Winter colour, fairly white!

We hand picked our 11 favourite shades from the range. The shades we chose vary in colour from red to plum to quirky bronze/gold. SweetPea & Fay liquid lipsticks are not tested on animals and do not contain palm oil which is very hard to find in a good lipstick these days! A smooth mix of coconut and olive oils and all natural beeswax create the long lasting moisturisation. Super pigmented, a little goes a long way.

Don't worry about the packaging, it may look like a lip gloss but it has everything you need for a perfect lippy. The tube has a slanted lip applicator and the nozzle is designed to pop out if you push too hard (saving it from popping out the bottom and not being able to fix), clever huh?

Best way to apply these lipsticks for a sharp edge is by using a lip brush. We started by using the brush with the lippy on the very edge as a 'lip liner' and then filling the middle.

SLCF TIP - For an even sharper edge, run concealer on a concealer brush around the edges of your lips to clean up the outer edges of your lips.
